Use Christmas Cards to Boost Employee Retention

Holidays are coming and you know it is customary for you, as a manager to send a postcard to the staff. The problem is that you hate the whole process. I'm going to show you how to create a holiday greeting card, though never in front of his eyes.

The virtual world of e-mail and text messages, handwritten cards were the endangered species list. The good news is that there is great value and rarity. I want to encourage you, as a manager to leave the card again. I want to create something that truly moves the staff emotionally. What is it that everyone is away from the usual card, type a year. You know, man, where you enter your name and maybe write a "Seasons Greetings", even if not on the card. I'm talking about is a new standard in human resources work of art. Imagine for a minute that this year, the staff really keep the card you write them. Imagine that you actually take home and show your family and that they can take back to work in January and keep your desk to read every time you feel discouraged. Imagine being auctioned off on eBay for a lot of money, such as "The best card ever written ..." Ok, now getting carried away.

Have become numb to the replacement of mechanical parking card, and the good news for you, and I expected an all-time low. The employee does not expect the greeting cards to their managers to say much. So, if you're willing to spend a little extra time, you may have a large impact on the workers for the festive season. Here are some ideas on how.
